About
Why Quadrum exists.
The trades keep the country running. The software built for them mostly doesn't. We're fixing that.
The name
Quadrum is Latin for “a square.”
It's also the root of cadre — the squared-away core that runs a unit. Every tradesperson already knows the idea, even without the Latin: square it up. Plumb, level, square. A square deal.
In the trades, “square” is the highest compliment you can pay a job. It means true. Solid. Fair. Done right. That's the whole brand in one word — and the bar we hold every part of Quadrum to.
Who it's for
The owner who's still in the work.
Our buyer is good at the trade — genuinely good. What he has no time for is the back office: the unanswered reviews, the follow-ups he meant to send, the recruiting ad that reads like everyone else's.
None of it is hard. All of it is undone. And it's quietly costing him jobs he'll never know he lost. He doesn't need more software — he needs a crew for the back office, the way he's got a crew for the trucks. That's what we built.
What we believe
The trades are underserved, not unsophisticated.
The owner-operator runs a real business. We build — and talk — like it.
Verticalization beats horizontal.
A tool built for everyone is optimized for no one. Quadrum speaks HVAC — then plumbing, electrical, roofing.
Done beats perfect.
A follow-up sent today beats a beautiful one sent never.
The owner stays in control.
Quadrum drafts and suggests. You review and approve. It's a crew, not autopilot.
Premium is a promise.
At $97–$397 a month, every surface has to feel worth it. 'Square' is the bar.
