Terms of Service

Last updated June 8, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quadrum ("Quadrum," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Quadrum is a software platform that gives home-service contractors a set of AI assistants and a central knowledge store (the "Ledger"). The service drafts content and communications based on the information you provide. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate account information and keep it current.

4. Trials, plans, and billing

Quadrum is offered on paid subscription plans — currently $97 (Starter), $197 (Pro), and $397 (Crew) per month. New accounts may start a 7-day free trial; no payment method is required to begin the trial. If you do not select a plan by the end of the trial, your access pauses and you are not charged. A subscription begins only when you select a plan and complete checkout, at which point your payment method is charged and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including using it to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or using it to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before you use it.

6. Your content and the Ledger

You retain ownership of the business information, documents, and other content you provide ("Customer Content"). You grant Quadrum a limited license to process Customer Content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

7. AI-generated output

The service uses AI to produce drafts and suggestions. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable and is provided for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before relying on or publishing it. Quadrum is not responsible for output used without review.

8. Intellectual property

Quadrum and its underlying software, branding, and content are owned by Quadrum and protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in the service to you.

9. Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party tools and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and Quadrum is not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quadrum's total liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Quadrum in the twelve months before the claim. Quadrum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing jurisdiction will be finalized before public launch.
