1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Quadrum ("Quadrum," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and service.
2. Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, business name, email). Customer Content you add to your Ledger (business details, documents, customer and job information). Usage and device data generated as you use the service. Cookie and analytics data from our website.
3. How we use information
To provide, operate, secure, and improve the service; to generate the drafts and outputs you request; to communicate with you about your account; to process billing; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
To generate drafts, relevant parts of your Customer Content are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, via the Claude API) for processing. Your content is not used to train third-party AI models. AI processing is solely to produce output for you.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the site. These tools collect usage data such as pages viewed and general device information.
6. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers ("sub-processors") that help us run Quadrum — including hosting, AI processing, payment processing, and email — under agreements that protect your data. We may disclose information when required by law.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period afterward or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data.
9. Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and request a copy or deletion of your data, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
10. Children
Quadrum is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means; the "last updated" date below reflects the current version.
